"Hello, my name is TL and last November you happened to be on call when my son had complications from a tonsillectomy he received in Fresno, California. I wanted to tell you thank you. You have no idea how often you come to my mind as I look at my son. I know that it is your job but this night was a night we will never forget. I know that he was exactly where God wanted him and you happened to be on call so that you could fix him up. I thank you from the bottom of my heart. He is done with EMT school in 3 weeks and will be starting the fire academy in December. He had 3 surgeries in 3 months last year and had lost his dream of playing football as one was knee surgery and this night was the night he decided he wanted to help people. He said his emergency response team and all in that hospital were what made him decide that. Please know how you have impacted our lives and how your talent and skill impacted a family. We will forever be thankful."
